交际法排斥传统的语法教学，将母语习得的方式套用在英语学习中，是因为忽视了母语的习得依赖了一个司空见惯的语言文化环境。当英语作为第二语言被学习时，第一语言思维方式会更多地干扰成年人。交际中因语用错误而导致的失败比语法错误更加令人难以接受。因此，增强语言能力、培养用英语思维的方式和学习西方文化对有效得体的交际是必要的。

This paper focuses on analyzing such mistakes as occur in the course of communication and examining the already explicit shortcomings evinced by CLT as a rather prevalent teaching method of English. In this paper is advanced the conclusion that by enhancing his English- language proficiency, developing in him the habit of thinking in English, and trying his best to know more about the culture of English - speaking peoples, a learner of English would be surely on his way to mastering efficient communication in English.
