摘要
国企改革一直是制约中国经济改革的瓶颈 ,体制不顺 ,机制不灵 ,效率、效益低下 ,只顾眼前利益 ,不重长远发展……这一切都与产权制度、激励约束机制、经理人的职业道德等密切相关。对此 ,就国企经理人员激励约束机制失灵原因进行分析并提出对策和建议。
The reform of state-owned enterprises has been a bottleneck to restrain China's economic reform, such as institution not smoothly, mechanism not workable, efficiency not high, and just thinking of immediate interests and not attaching importance to long-term development, etc. All of these are closely related with property rights system, stimulation and restraint mechanism, and professional morality of managerial personnel. Concerning to these, this paper makes an analysis about the reasons why it has been out of work that the stimulation and restraint mechanism for the managerial personnel in state enterprises, and then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
