通过对传统认识实习形式的分析及对仿真实习的研究 ,在时间、内容、方式、队伍、基地建设、考核等各方面进行了改革探索 ,建立了具有效果好、经费省等优点的认识实习新模式。

Through the analysis of the tradition cognition practice form and the research of imitation practice,the reformation and investigation were proceeded in time,contents,way,troops,base construction,test,etc.The new mode is established.The result shows that the new mode is effective and economical.
