化浊清肝汤治疗脂肪肝78例临床观察

Observation of Huazhuo Qinggan decoction on the treatment of fatty liver

目的 观察自拟化浊清肝汤治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法 118例脂肪肝患者随机分为 2组。治疗组 78例予自拟化浊清肝汤治疗 ,水煎服 ,日 1剂 ;对照组 4 0例用多烯康治疗 ,每次 5 0 0mg ,每日 3次。2组均治疗 3个月后观察疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率为 76 .9% ,对照组为 6 0 .0 % ,2组比较有显著性差异(P <0 .0 5 )。治疗组血清总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL C)治疗前后比较均有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。对照组TC、LDL C治疗前后比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ;TG、HDL C治疗前后比较均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。治疗组与对照组治疗后TC、TG、LDL C比较均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而HDL C治疗组明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。治疗后B超检查脂肪肝消失或明显减轻 ,治疗组 4 6例 (5 9.0 % ) ,对照组 17例 (4 2 .5 % ) ,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。

Objective To investigate the effect of Huazhuo Qinggan decoction on the treatment of fatty liver. Methods 118 patients with fatty liver were randomly divided into two groups. In treatment group patients (n=78) were treated by Huazhuo Qinggan decoction. In control group (n=40) patients were treated by Duoxikang. The therapeutic course was 3 months in both groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group (76.9%,) were significantly higher than that in control group (60.0%, P<0.05). There was a significant difference in the levels of TC, TG, HDL and LDL between pre- and post-treatment in treatment group (P<0.01). There was only a significant difference in the level s o f TC, and LDL between pre- and post-treatment in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Huazhuo Qinggan decoction could produce a definite effect on fatty liver.
