盾构管片拼装机国内外研究现状

Research status of segment erector in shield tunneling machine at home and abroad

管片拼装机是盾构掘进机的重要组成部件之一,管片拼装的质量和速度直接影响了整个隧道施工的进程。笔者通过对国内外拼装机平移、举升、回转、抓取、微调装置及自动化控制方面的研究现状进行分析总结,指出了管片拼装机在设计和研究方面存在的问题及今后的发展趋势。

The segment erector is one of the key components of the shield tunneling machine, and the quality and speed of segment assembly directly affect the process of entire tunnel construction. In the paper, the research status of translation, lifting, rotary, grasping and fi ne-tuning device of the segment erector and its automatic control at home and abroad were summarized, and then the problems about the segment erector in design and research as well as the future development trend were offered.
