摘要
针对卡绳装置开启速度慢、存在安全隐患的问题,通过增加导向机构实现快速锁绳,提高其安全可靠性。以某煤矿卡绳装置设计为例,运用ANSYS软件仿真分析了有、无主板导向螺钉孔时的变形差别,确认导向机构的可行性,为卡绳装置的高效安全工作提供了保障。
In view of low opening velocity and hidden danger of the rope clamping device, the guiding unit was added so as to realize rapid rope clamping and enhance the safety and reliability of the rope clamping device. In addition, the rope clamping device in a colliery was taken as the design instance, and ANSYS was applied to analyze the difference in deformation of guiding screw holes with main board and without main board. Thus the feasibility of the guiding unit was confirmed, which offered guarantee for efficient and safe operation of the rope clamping device.
