研究破碎机的动态载荷是一个很有实用价值的探索方向。针对某型号大型圆锥破碎机的破碎物料过程进行了动态仿真,给出了旋回圆锥破碎机各关键部件的运动状况及受力情况,分析结果与实际情况基本相符,可为设计提供参考。

It is a very practical exploration direction to study the dynamic loads of the crusher. In the paper, the dynamic simulation of material breaking process in a large gyratory cone crusher was carried out, and the movement and force state of each key components of the crusher were offered. The simulation results were basically consistent with practical situations, which could provide reference for the design of the crusher.
