摘要
根据等螺距螺旋刮刀的参数方程,对颗粒进行动力学分析,确定了在刮刀及筛篮的共同作用下颗粒的运动方向,并得出不同滑动摩擦因数下,?与?关系的线性及二次拟合结果;对颗粒的运动进行了分析,得出了颗粒圆周速度及卸料速度的计算公式,进而给出离心机料层厚度的计算方法。
According to the parametric equations of the equal-pitch scraper, the paper conducted dynamic analysis of particles, and identifi ed the moving direction of particles under the mutual action of the scraper and the sieving basket. In addition, it obtained the linear fi tting curve and two-order fi tting results of ? and ? at various sliding friction coeffi cient. After conducting kinematic analysis of particles, the paper deduced the computation formulas for the circumferential velocity of particles, the unloading velocity and the bed depth of the centrifuge.
