摘要
建设绿色矿山是矿山企业未来发展的必由之路,其评价是考查绿色矿山建设水平的重要环节。笔者根据国土资源部和已有专家对绿色矿山评价分析,初步建立绿色矿山评价体系,同时采用马田系统评价方法对贵州兴隆煤矿进行绿色矿山建设的评价,并对评价结果进行分析,从而为建设绿色矿山提供参考意见。
The construction of green mines is the necessary development direction of future mine enterprises. Mine evaluation is the key important link for evaluating the construction level of the green mine. In the paper, according to the present evaluation and analysis on the green mine by Ministry of Land and Resources of the PRC and experts, the system of evaluating the green mine was preliminary built. And then, Martin evaluation system was applied to evaluate the green mine construction of Guizhou Xinglong Colliery, and the evaluation results were analyzed, which offered references for the construction of the green mine.
