摘要
为了解决ZY16800/32/70D型大采高液压支架平衡千斤顶系统故障不易确定的问题,利用FTF可靠性综合分析方法,建立了大采高液压支架平衡千斤顶系统可靠性分析模型,分析系统中每个零部件的故障模式及其影响,不断循环与纠正分析结果,得到了系统关键的故障模式和引起系统故障的重要零部件,对系统故障诊断和维修有重要的指导意义。
In order to identify the failure mode of the equilibrium jack system in ZY16800/32/70D hydraulic support with large mining height,the paper applied FTF reliability comprehensive analysis,and established a reliability analysis model for the equilibrium jack system.After analyzing the failure mode of each component in the system and its effects as well as correcting analysis results repeatedly,the paper identified main failure modes of the system and key components causing the system failure,which had guidance for failure diagnosis and maintenance of the sytem.
