立井摩擦提升设备多功能锁罐装置的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了消除立井摩擦提升中搭承接设备的安全隐患,提高提升效率,在分析了立井摩擦提升中主绳弹性伸长特性和罐笼装卸载时振动特性的基础上,研制了多功能锁罐装置。该装置通过搭接、托罐、锁定功能的独立或组合动作,满足罐笼载荷不同时对于搭承接设备的不同要求,实现了矿井安全、高效提升,为有效解决深立井副井锁罐稳罐探索出了一条有益的途径。 To eliminate the hidden danger of the lap jointed device for the friction hoisting in the mine shaft and enhance the hoisting efficiency,after analyzing the elastic elongation characteristics of main ropes for the friction hoisting in the main shaft as well as the vibration characteristics at cage loading and unloading,the paper developed a multi-functional tank-locking device.By separated or combined application of lap joint,tank-locking and tankholding,various requirements of the lap jointed device were satisfied at meeting various loadings of the cage,so as to realize safe and efficient hoisting in mines as well as effective tank locking and stabilizing.
