摘要
通过对复摆颚式破碎机四杆机构的运动学分析,提出了水平速度特征点和破碎行程比的概念。并基于ADAMS对PE250×400型颚式破碎机进行分析,得出了一个周期内四杆机构两个铰接点B、C的水平速度变化曲线,推导出了水平速度特征点和破碎行程百分比的变化规律,最终绘制出一个周期内破碎行程百分比随时间变化的曲线,即破碎行程特性曲线。该研究为复摆颚式破碎机飞轮的选取提供了理论基础。
Through analyzing the motion of the four-bar linkage in the compound pendulum jaw crasher,the paper proposed the concept of horizontal velocity characteristic point and the concept of working stroke percentage.And then based on analyzing the motion of PE250×400 jaw crasher,it obtained the variation curve of horizontal velocity at point B and point C during one motion cycle,both were articulated points of the fourbar linkage.In addition,the paper deduced the variation laws of the horizontal velocity characteristic point as well as the working stroke percentage,and then plotted the variation curve of the working stroke percentage with time during one motion cycle,that was the characteristic curve of working stroke.The study offered theoretical references for the sizing of the flywheel in the compound pendulum jaw crusher.
