摘要
辊压机中挤压辊的性能决定了整机的可靠性、使用寿命以及维护的难易程度。柱钉式挤压辊中辊轴和辊套、柱钉和柱钉孔均采用过盈配合连接,利用有限元分析软件对这两处过盈配合分别进行分析,观察这两处配合在不同过盈量下对接触面上应力的影响,并提出改进意见,为挤压辊的设计提供理论依据。
The property of the extrusion roller in the roller press determines the reliability of the roller press,service lifetime and difficulty degree of maintenance.Both the joint of roller and roller sleeve and the joint of column studs and column stud holes apply interference fit.The two interference fits were analyzed respectively by using FEA software.After observing the influence of shrinkage on the stress of the contact surface at the two interference fits,the paper offered improvements.The study provided theoretical basis for the design of the extrusion roller.
