摘要
在对印度RELIANCE电厂输煤系统中的固定式破碎站进行研究的过程中,发现破碎机结构有两种破坏形式,一种是强度破坏,另一种是疲劳破坏。针对以上两种破坏形式,应用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对固定式破碎站的钢结构进行静力分析、模态分析以及结构优化。同时,将分析结果应用于项目实践中,改变了结构的固有频率,使得固定式破碎站能够长期稳定运行,可为日后研究结构的动载问题提供有效的参考。
It was found that the steel frame of the crusher in the stationary crushing station belonging to the coal conveyance system of India RELIANCE power plant mainly had two destroy types,one was strength destroy and the other was fatigue destroy.In view of the above two destroy types,ANSYS was applied to carry out static analysis,modal analysis and structural optimization of the steel frame of the stationary crushing station.Moreover,the analysis results were applied to the practice,so as to alter the natural frequency of the frame,thus the stationary crushing station could long-term operate stably.The study offered effective references for future study on dynamic loading of the frame.
