摘要
针对机械行业中标准件使用量大、更换频繁这一特点,笔者分析了基于参数化变型设计思想建立标准件库的方法,以三维软件SolidWorks为设计平台,研究了使用配置技术法和程序驱动法建立标准件库。并以CLZ型齿式联轴器为例,验证了以上两种方法的实用性和高效性,同时还可以用于非标准件的设计,对企业实现自动化设计具有重大意义。
In view of a large consumption and frequent replacement of mechanical standard parts in machinery industry,the paper analyzed the methods of building standard part database based on parametric variety design.And then,it studied the establishment of the standard part database by using configuration technology method and procedural drive method based on So1idWorks.In addition,CLZ toothed coupling was taken as the example to verify the practicability and efficiency of the above two methods.The two methods could be applied to the design of non-standard parts,which possessed significance for automated design in enterprises.
