提升机液压站二级制动液路组态试验分析

摘要 提升机液压站二级制动性能参数的检验结果会随液路组态型式有所区别。在液压回路处于隔离制动器或者连通制动器的情况下,对各种二级制动液路和实现二级制动功能的液压元件进行了6种组态试验。试验结果表明,在隔离或者连通制动器情况下,均有4种液路组态符合机械行业标准,为提升机液压站二级制动液路的设计提供了参考。 The checked performance parameters of two-stage braking system in the hydraulic station of the hoist vary with the configuration and style of hydraulic circuit. In the case of the isolated brake or the connecting brake dominating the hydraulic circuit, the paper conducted six groups of configuration tests for two-stage hydraulic braking circuit and the hydraulic components realizing two-stage braking. The test results showed that four groups of hydraulic circuit configuration conformed to the standard of machinery industry in the case of the isolated brake or the connecting brake dominating the hydraulic circuit, which offered references for design of the two-stage hydraulic braking circuit in the hydraulic station of the hoist.
