摘要
从冲击力、平均接触力和动能3个方面探究并验证卧式行星磨内行星效应Z、行星磨磨筒直径d及普通磨机磨筒直径D三者之间的关系。结果表明,Z1/4相对于D/d的最大误差值分别为10%、6.5%和14%;同时还探讨了行星因子Z分别与平均接触力及动能的关系,得出行星磨内钢球的平均接触力及动能均可由行星因子Z来确定,并推出相关公式。
The relationship among the planetary factor Z in the horizontal planetary mill, the shell diameter d of the planetary mill and the shell diameter D of traditional mill was explored and verified from three aspects involving impact force, mean contact force and kinetic energy. The results showed that the maximum deviations acquired from the three aspects between Z1/4and D/d were 10%, 6.5% and 14%. Meanwhile, the relationship between planetary factor Z and mean contact force, kinetic energy were discussed, and it was concluded that the mean contact force and the kinetic energy in the planetary mill could be determined by the planetary factor Z with relative formulae.
