立式磨粉机低速轴的疲劳分析和优化设计

摘要 运用SolidWorks Simulation有限元软件对立式磨粉机低速轴进行静态分析,得出其应力、位移图解,通过设置材料的S-N曲线,进而对低速轴进行疲劳分析,得到低速轴的寿命、损坏图解。并在满足应力强度条件下,对低速轴进行优化设计,优化效果显著,降低了生产成本。 The finite element software SolidWorks Simulation was applied to conduct static analysis on the low-speed shaft of the vertical mill, and its stress contours and displacement contours were obtained. In addition, after setting S-N curve of the material, fatigue analysis of the low-speed shaft was carried out, and its life illustration and damage graphic were obtained. On the premise of ensuring the stress strength, the optimization design of the low-speed shaft was carried out, and obvious optimization effects were obtained with the production cost obviously decreasing.
