摘要
为了进一步改进新型空气选粉机的选粉效果,提高选粉效率,减少压损,对新型空气选粉机的打散结构以及再分选进行了改进试验。试验分别采用了顺向双级打散、顺向双级打散再分选、逆向双级打散再分选3种不同结构。试验结果表明,进料速率为13.6 kg/s、风机频率为45 Hz左右时,新型空气选粉机采用逆向双级打散再分选结构,选粉效率最高并且压力损失最小。因此,逆向双级打散再分选结构最优。
In order to further improve operation effects of a new-type air classifier, enhance classification efficiency and reduce pressure loss, the paper conducted improvement tests for the scattering unit of the separator and secondary separation. Consequent two-stage scattering unit, consequent two-stage scattering unit with secondary separation and contrary two-stage scattering unit with secondary separation were applied in the tests. The test results showed that the new-type air classifier with contrary two-stage scattering unit with secondary separation had the highest separation effects with the minimum pressure loss at feeding rate being 13.6 kg/s and the fan frequency was about 45 Hz. Therefore, the contrary two-stage scattering unit with secondary separation was the optimal structure.
