摘要
中煤解离再选是炼焦煤资源高效开发利用的重要组成部分。文章首先简述了煤中主要矿物质的特点,分析了煤的解离与连生的关系及其对分选的影响。随后介绍分析了国内现有的几种中煤解离再选工艺,主要包括中煤破碎解离-粗煤泥分选方法回收精煤工艺、中煤磨矿解离-浮选回收精煤工艺、中煤超细磨解离-絮团浮选法回收精煤工艺。最后介绍了几种适用不同产品粒度要求的破、磨设备。
Dissociation and re-separation of middlings is an important step of efficient development and utilization of coking coal resource. First the paper introduced the characteristics of main minerals in coal, and then analyzed the relationship between coal dissociation and association as well as its influence on separation. In addition, the paper introduced and analyzed several dissociation and re-separation process of middlings in China, which included clean coal recovery process involving middlings dissociation by crushing and then separation of coarse slime, middlings dissociation by grinding and then flotation, as well as middlings dissociation by ultrafine grinding and then flocculation flotation. Finally, it introduced several crushing and grinding equipments suitable for various size requirements.
