摘要
采用离散单元法建立了WK-75型矿用挖掘机挖掘物料的仿真模型,对挖掘过程中铲斗受力、填充信息以及挖掘能耗等进行了仿真与分析。通过对铲斗连杆长度和斗齿角度的匹配关系进行试验,得到了最优的铲斗结构,在一定程度上降低了挖掘过程中的最大挖掘阻力,减少了挖掘能耗,为矿用挖掘机铲斗性能分析与结构设计提供了一定的参考。
The simulation model was built by DEM(Discrete Element Method) to characterize real excavation process of a WK-75 mining excavator, and the force state of bucket, filling rate and digging energy consumption during excavation process were simulated and analyzed. After the tests for the matching of the pitch brace length and the bucket tooth angle, the optimal bucket structure was obtained, thus the maximum digging resistance and digging energy consumption reduced to some extent. The simulation and optimization offered reference for bucket performance analysis and structural design.
