摘要
目前大型旋转机械开展状态监测与故障诊断技术研究尚处于起步阶段,且此类装置多采用单片机,虽然结构简单,但在复杂的煤矿环境中工作,抗干扰能力差。利用S7-200型PLC实现系统振动和温度信号的数据采集,数据通信采用PC/PPI协议通信,在光纤温度信号解调中,采取了小波神经网络和互相关过程相结合的方法实现去噪;将分析处理过的数据在上位机中显示出来,并与设定的安全值比较,超出安全值会立即报警,可以有效地实现对提升系统运行时的振动、温度参数状态进行连续跟踪实时监测,使仪器设备在最佳状态下工作。
At present, the study on state monitoring and fault diagnosis technology for large rotating machinery is still in its infancy. Being equipped with MCU, the rotating machinery is characterized by simple structure and poor anti-interference ability in complex colliery surroundings. In the paper, S7-200 PLC was applied to realize the data acquisition of system vibration and temperature signals, and PC/PPI protocol communication was applied to realize data communication. During the demodulation of optical fiber temperature signals, the method combining wavelet neural network and correlation process was applied to reduce noise. Processed data displayed on the upper computer, and was contrasted with safety value. If it was beyond the safety value, alarming would arise immediately. The system was contributive for realizing continuous and realtime monitoring for vibration and temperature of the hoisting system during operation, so as to keep the equipment remaining the best operation condition.
