摘要
在研究球磨机工作性能的基础上,优化其工作及结构参数,目的在于提高其生产效率,节约能耗及钢耗。应用离散元软件EDEM对球磨机进行建模,分析影响球磨机磨矿性能的主要参数,通过分析得出以比功率、衬板磨损和颗粒破碎概率为主要影响因素,从而建立较为真实的球磨机仿真模型。最后,通过优化前后的结果对比可以看出,优化后的磨机在工作效率上得到了提高。
Optimization of working parameters and structural parameters based on study on the working performance of the ball mill is to enhance the productivity and reduce the energy consumption and steel consumption. In the paper, discrete element software EDEM was applied to establish the model of a ball mill, and main parameters affecting grinding performance of the ball mill were analyzed. The analysis results showed that the specific power, abrasion of linings and particle breakup probability were the main influential factors, thus considerably real simulation model of the ball mill was established. At last, the contrast showed that the optimized ball mill had higher productivity.
