摘要
以新型磨粉机的液压控制系统为研究对象,主要研究该系统的磨辊快速抬起过程,利用功率键合图建立快速抬起过程的数学模型,用MATLAB软件编制了仿真模型,并用验证过的仿真模型对系统的快速抬起过程进行了大量仿真研究,合理匹配系统中关键元件的工作参数,从而满足系统中快速抬起过程的性能要求。
Taking the hydraulic control system of a new-type pulverizer as the study objective, the paper studied the rapid rise process of the grinding roller, and applied the power bond graph to build the mathematical model of rapid rise process. In addition, MATLAB was applied to establish the simulation model, and rapid rise process of the grinding roller was simulated and studied by verified simulation model. The working parameters of key components were reasonably matched, thus the performance requirements of rapid rise process were satisfied.
