摘要
针对广西大厂贫锡多金属硫化矿浮选矿物粒级宽、比重差大的特性,利用流体动力学软件FLUENT对20 m2大型贫锡硫化矿浮选机内的矿粒运动流态进行模拟研究。在叶轮转速为3.3 r/s,充气压力为160 kPa的条件下,研究23~147?m矿粒的运动规律,对验证贫锡硫化矿浮选机最佳操作参数和结构优化起着重要的指导作用。
In view of the characteristics of flotation of low-tin multi-metal sulfide ore in Guangxi Dachang Mine such as wide size distribution and great difference in specific gravity, FLUENT was applied to simulate and study the motion of mineral particles in 20 m2 large flotator processing low-tin sulfide ore. At the rotary velocity being 3.3 r/s and inflation pressure being 160000 Pa, the motion laws of 23??147|ìm mineral particles were studied. The results offered guidance for verifying optimal operative parameters and optimizing the structure of the flotator processing low-tin sulfide ore.
