基于ZigBee的煤矿井下水泵房监控系统设计与实现 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前煤矿井下水泵房有线监控系统布线困难、可移植性差等缺点。笔者基于ZigBee技术,设计并实现了煤矿井下水泵房无线监控系统。该系统无需在井下铺设网络线路,通过ZigBee传输协议,在地面上完成对井下水泵房整个运行过程的监测显示、控制、保护、报警和管理,并把水泵运行记录等参数以及操作信息保存到数据库。系统为操作人员对水泵房进行监控和维护提供了快速、准确及全面的信息依据,实现了井下水泵房、井上远程监控和自动化管理的目标。实际应用表明,该水泵房无线监控系统大大提高了水泵运行的可靠性和安全性。 Aiming at wiring difficulty and poor scalability of wired monitoring system for pump house in underground collieries at present, the paper designed and implemented a wireless monitoring system for pump house in underground collieries based on ZigBee. Without laying network in underground collieries, the system implemented detection, display, control, protection, alarming and management on the ground of the whole operation of the underground pump house, and saved the record of pump operation parameters and workers' operation information into the database. The system offered rapid, accurate and overall data reference for operators to monitor and maintain the pump house, so as to realize remote monitoring and automated management on the ground of the underground pump house. Practical application showed that the wireless monitoring system greatly enhanced the reliability and safety of the pump operation.
