摘要
为了解决采煤机-水射流联合截割系统滚筒旋转轴的旋转密封问题,需要对联合截割系统的旋转密封部进行结构设计与密封件选材。设计了4级串联旋转密封结构,搭建了旋转轴齿形滑环组合密封试验台,对旋转轴齿形滑环组合密封结构,结合丁腈40和填充聚四氟乙烯4FT-4两种密封材料,分别进行了静态与动态密封试验。试验结果表明,丁腈40密封圈与填充聚四氟乙烯齿形滑环相搭配的组合旋转密封无低压泄漏问题,且在密封过程中泄漏量低,密封效果最好。
In order to solve the rotary sealing of rotary axis of drum in shearer and water jet combined cutting system, the structure and material of the rotary sealings of combined cutting system needs to be designed and selected. In the paper, the four-grade tandem rotary sealings was designed, and the test-bed of testing toothed slip-ring combined sealings for the rotary shaft was built. The material of NBR-40 and PTFE 4FT-4 were applied to the combined sealings to conduct static and dynamic sealing test individually. The test results showed the combined sealings of NBR-40 sealing ring and PTFE 4FT-4 toothed slip ring was characterized by excellent sealing effects without low-pressure leakage, and leaked slightly during sealing process.
