摘要
针对目前带式输送机转弯装置中转向滚筒存在的小托辊支承方式带来的输送带局部应力过大、易磨损等技术缺陷,提出了一种新的设计方案,改变了现有转向滚筒对输送带的支承和输送方式,使输送带受力均匀,且支承件和输送带之间没有相对运动,避免了对输送带的磨损。同时还可通过简单地改变设计参数,便可使一套转向装置适用于多种转弯角度,提高了设备的利用率。
In view of overlarge local stress and easiness of wearing due to small roller supporting of turning pulley in the turning unit of the belt conveyor, the paper proposed a new design scheme in which the supporting type of the turning pulley and transporting type of the conveyance belt changed, which led to uniform stress on the conveyance belt. In addition, the belt wearing was avoided since there was no movement between supporting part and conveyance belt. Moreover, slight variation of the design parameters made a set of turning unit be suitable for various turning angle, so as to enhance the utilization rate of the turning unit.
