摘要
针对澳大利亚SINO铁矿选矿厂调试中出现的精矿产量、品位不达标,运转率低等问题,经分析认为,自磨回路循环负荷率偏高是影响工艺指标的关键因素;工程细节设计问题对运转率影响很大。通过减小顽石破碎粒度和旋流分级返砂量,平衡自磨-球磨处理负荷是工程整改的核心。最后对该项目的发展方向进行了预测,从项目策划和管理角度提出了海外选矿项目工程设计应注意的事项。
After analyzing such problems during commissioning of benefi ciation plant in Australian SINO Iron Mine as insuffi cient concentrate output, substandard grade, low operation rate etc, high rate of circulating load in AG circuit was regarded as the key factor affecting production indexes, and engineering design details had great impact on the operation rate. The key engineering modifi cation was to balance the load between AG mill and ball mill by decreasing the grain size of crushed pebble and cyclone returns. At last, the development direction of the SINO project was predicted, and the matters needed to pay attention during the engineering design of overseas beneficiation projects were offered from the point of view of project planning and management.
