摘要
设计了一种以DSP为核心、高精度信号采集系统为基础、CAN总线为延伸的采煤机牵引电动机在线监测装置硬件系统实现方案,并着重对监测装置中的温度信号采集模块、电流信号采集模块及A/D转换接口电路的硬件系统实现方法进行阐述。
The paper designed the realization scheme of a device of online monitoring the traction motor of the shearer, whose hardware system took DSP as the core, high-precious signal acquisition system as the basis, CAN bus as the extension. It narrated the temperature signal acquisition module, current signal acquisition module and the hardware realization of A/D converter interface circuit in the monitoring device.
