摘要
为了研究掘进机截割过程中截齿的磨损机理及主要影响因素,使用EBZ260W纵轴式掘进机进行了试验研究。通过截割人工岩壁以模拟井下的实际工作过程,并对截齿在试验前后的质量、高度、磨痕形态以及温度等方面的分析,发现截齿齿体主要以磨粒磨损为主,硬质合金头的磨损则与热疲劳密切相关,截齿各部位的磨损形状则与截割工况有关。根据试验结果提出了在工作中提高截齿耐磨性的措施和设计建议。
In order to research the pick abrasion mechanism and the main influencing factors in the cutting process of roadheader, a EBZ260 W longitudinal roadheader was applied to conduct the test research. After cutting the artificial rock to simulate the actual underground operation and analyzing the mass, height, abrasion track shape and temperature of the pick before and after the test, it was found: the abrasive abrasion dominated the pick body; abrasion of the hard carbide head was closely related to thermal fatigue; the pick abrasion shape in various parts was related to the cutting mode. At last, according to the test results, measurements and design suggestions to enhance abrasion resistance property during actual operation were proposed.
