摘要
提出了一种矿用单轨吊新型紧急制动装置。该制动装置包含两级制动,制动时先通过一级制动将单轨吊行走轮抬离轨道表面,使行走轮的滚动摩擦变为制动块的滑动摩擦,借助单轨吊的自重产生滑动摩擦力;然后利用二级制动卡紧轨道的上下表面,加大制动力。通过两级制动,解决了制动块的磨损对制动力影响过大的问题,而且能够使单轨吊在不同的轨道坡度紧急制动时满足《煤矿安全规程》制动力、制动减速度和制动距离的要求,保障了矿用单轨吊制动装置性能的可靠性。
A new type of emergency braking device for mine-used monorail crane was proposed, which involved two-stage braking. On braking, first, walking wheels of the monorail crane detached from the rail surface through the first-stage braking, thus the rolling friction of the walking wheels turned into sliding friction of the braking block, so sliding friction occurred with the aid of gravity of the monorail crane; and then, the braking device stuck onto the upper and lower surface of the rail through the second-stage braking, thus the braking force increased. The two-stage braking avoid the great influence of abrasion of the braking block on the braking force, and make the monorail crane satisfy the requirements of Coal Mine Safety Regulations about braking force, braking deceleration and braking distance while the monorail crane braking emergently at various rail slope, thus the reliability of the braking device for the mine-used monorail crane was guaranteed.
