摘要
针对带式输送机输送带跑偏这种非正常工况下的头架受力情况,利用SolidWorks软件对其进行实体建模,并利用ANSYS Workbench软件进行有限元分析,得出其非对称应力和位移云图。分析结果表明,头架材料存在一定的浪费现象。
To explore the stress state of the head frame of the belt conveyor while the conveyance belt being in misalignment, SolidWorks was applied to establish its solid model, and ANSYS Workbench was applied to conduct FEA, and then asymmetric stress and deformation contours were obtained. FEA results indicated there was some material waste of the head frame.
