摘要
在RM500立式预磨机磨碎过程分析和试验基础上,设定电动机转速和入料速度为最佳工况,研究入料、排料粒级分布作为输入、输出数据的辨识试验及相应的辨识算法。利用MATLAB系统辨识工具箱对其进行建模和相应的参数辨识。经模型检验和试验表明,该辨识建模方法具有良好的建模效果,可通过辨识模型计算出排料粒级分布,用以评估矿石的破碎情况,并为预磨机的自动化控制研究提供依据。
Based on analysis and test for grinding process of RM500 pre-mill, the paper set the motor speed and feeding rate as the best operation mode, and researched the identification test in which the feedings particle size distribution being input data and the discharge particle size distribution being output data as well as corresponding identification algorithm. In addition, MATLAB was applied to identify the toolbox so as to establish model and identify corresponding parameters. Model verification and tests showed that excellent modeling effects was achieved by using identification modeling method, and discharge particle size distribution was calculated by identification model so as to evaluate the mineral crushing state and offer reference for studying automation control of the pre-mill.
