某含铜铅锌矿矿石工艺矿物学研究 被引量:7

Research on technological mineralogy of a copper-lead-zinc ore

摘要 某矿石中铜、铅、锌的品位分别为0.33%、0.82%和3.10%,具有回收价值。为了全面了解该含铜、铅、锌矿矿石的性质,进行了系统的工艺矿物学研究。结果表明,该矿石矿物组成复杂,矿物种类繁多,其中有黄铜矿、方铅矿、闪锌矿、硫铁矿、自然银,黝锡矿、硅钙锡石等;脉石矿物以石榴石、透闪石为主,次为方解石等;并对铜矿物、铅矿物、锌矿物的种类和嵌布特征进行了全面的测定。该研究结果为选矿工艺流程和条件试验的确定提供了可靠数据。 In order to fully understand the nature of a copper-lead-zinc ore with recovery value, the paper conducted systematic technological mineralogy research. The results showed: the mineral constitution of the ore was complex with various minerals, including chalcopyrite, galena, sphalerite, pyrite, native silver, stannite, calcium silicate cassiterite etc; gangue minerals mostly contained garnet and tremolite, calcite and others secondly. In addition, the species and disseminated features of the copper, lead and zinc minerals were comprehensively studied. The research results offered reliable data for determination of beneficiation process flow and conditional test.
