螺旋锥齿轮箱振动烈度与结构噪声数值模拟 被引量:1

Numerical simulation on vibration intensity and structural noise of spiral bevel gearbox

摘要 以某采掘机械用螺旋锥齿轮箱为研究对象,综合考虑螺旋锥齿轮副啮合变形及轴的弯曲变形等因素,建立螺旋锥齿轮箱的传动系统有限元模型,借助显式动力学计算方法求解得到各轴承动态支反力,并将其作为动力学的边界条件添加到轴承内孔,建立箱体结构噪声分析模型;通过基于模态叠加计算方法,求解得到螺旋锥齿轮箱固有特性与振动响应,进而预估了螺旋锥齿轮箱的振动烈度与结构噪声。 Taking a spiral bevel gearbox used in mining machinery as the research object, the paper established the finite element model of its transmission system with consideration of gear meshing deformation and shaft bending deformation. And then, it applied explicit dynamic calculation method to obtain the dynamic bearing reaction force which served as the boundary condition of dynamics to add to the inner hole of bearing. In addition, the paper established the analysis model of structural noise of the gearbox case, and obtained the natural features and vibration response of the spiral bevel gearbox by using the modal superposition calculation method. Furthermore, the estimated vibration intensity and structural noise of the spiral bevel gearbox were obtained.
