摘要
应用ProCAST软件对球铁半齿圈铸件的凝固过程进行数值模拟,预测缩孔及缩松缺陷,并对铸造工艺进行优化。模拟结果表明,优化后的铸造工艺用于半齿圈铸件生产,可有效地消除半齿圈生产过程中的凝固缺陷。
Solidification process of a ductile iron half gear ring was numerically simulated by using software ProCAST, so as to predict defects such as shrinkage and porosity as well as optimize the casting process. The simulation results showed that the optimized casting process was suitable for casting production of the half gear ring, thus the solidification defects during production of the half gear ring could be eliminated effectively.
