巷道瓦斯气体浓度自动巡检小车设计

Design of automatic routing vehicle for inspecting gas density in laneways

摘要 介绍了一种基于微控制器的轮式瓦斯气体浓度巡检小车,该小车通过装置的气敏传感器、超声波探头和轴角编码器,可替代低效繁重的人工巡查,自动执行巡检及瓦斯浓度探测,并通过无线传输单元向基站发送浓度超限点具体位置信息及与基站实时交互任务参数。实测结果表明,巡测小车及辅助装置是对煤矿及巷道瓦斯气体浓度进行预防性检测的有效手段。 A kind of wheeled routing vehicle for inspecting gas density in laneways based on microcontroller was introduced, which could automatically inspected gas density along laneways. With the aid of gas sensitive sensor, ultrasonic probe and axial angle coder, the vehicle accomplished automatic routing inspection of gas density, so as to replace low-efficient and burdensome manual routing inspection. In addition, the vehicle transmitted the information about specific location where the gas density overstepped the limit to the base station and realtime exchanged duty data mutually with the base station. Actual inspection results showed the vehicle and its auxiliaries were effective means of preventative inspection for gas density in collieries and laneways.
