摘要
地面钻机给进液压缸一般采用经验设计,导致液压缸体积与质量大,成本高,装配和维修困难。针对此问题,研究了液压缸应力应变分布规律和稳定性,以及缸筒壁厚、缸筒底厚2个参数与液压缸应力、应变及质量的响应关系,从而实现对液压缸的参数化优化设计,总结了一套设计给进液压缸的新方法。
The advancing hydraulic cylinder of the ground drill was empirically designed in general. The hydraulic cylinder was characterized by large volume, heavy mass, high cost and difficult installation and maintenance. Aiming at these problems, the paper researched the distribution laws and stability of cylinder stress and strain, as well as the response relationship between cylinder wall thickness, bottom thickness and cylinder stress, strain, mass, so as to realize the parametric optimization design of the cylinder. Thus a new method of designing the advancing hydraulic cylinder was developed.
