摘要
针对超低净空桥式起重机偏轨箱形主梁设计的需要,对照传统桥式起重机主梁,探讨分析了主梁小肋板的结构功能、强度和刚度,以及焊接形成小肋板的生产耗时、焊接质量不稳、主梁下挠、主梁增重等问题。分析表明,取消偏轨箱形主梁全部小肋板,不影响其性能、结构,可以达到降低其质量、节约成本的效果,并提高生产效率。
According to design requirements of bias-rail box girder of the super-low headroom bridge crane, contrasting with the girder of traditional bridge crane, the paper analyzed the girder ribs about their structure, function, strength and stiffness, as well as problems such as time consumption on welding of ribs, instability of mass, downward bending of girder and weight gain of girder etc. Analysis results showed the performance and structure of the bias-rail box girder did not affected after removing all the ribs, thus the mass reduced, cost was saved, and productivity enhanced.
