摘要
运用EDEM离散元软件对单颗粒的破碎行为进行数值模拟,采用均匀设计方法,建立动颚板运动速度、水平行程及衬板齿形三因素的试验方案,并运用MATLAB软件对模拟结果进行回归分析,得到以黏结键断裂数为衡量指标的破碎效果与上述三因素的关系模型,同时得到各因素对黏结键断裂数及动颚板最大受力的影响次序,为破碎机破碎效果的改善提供了依据。
Numerical simulation on crushing behavior of single grain was made by discrete element software EDEM, and uniform design method was used to set up the test scheme with three factors namely motion velocity, horizontal stroke of the moving jaw plate as well as tooth profi le of the liner. In addition,MATLAB was applied to conduct regression analysis on the simulation results, and the model was obtained indicating the relationship between the crushing effects whose assessment index was the number of broken adhesive bond and above three factors. And then, the order of infl uence of three factors on the number of adhesive bond and maximum loads of the moving jaw plate was obtained. The study offered references for improving the crushing effects of the crusher.
