摘要
依据对电石渣物性的研究,采用水力旋流器分离提纯其中的Ca(OH)2,而旋流器分离的最优效果可以通过调整水力旋流器结构参数及工艺参数获得。在水力旋流器选型确定的基础上,对电石渣分离的2个主要可控的工艺参数(入口压力和进料浓度)进行试验研究,确定了试验方案和试验指标,在该试验指标下获得了因素的显著性及最优工艺参数。最后针对主要分离指标(溢流产出的Ca(OH)2浓度)进行回归分析,建立了数学模型,为下一步试验研究打下基础。
After studying the physical properties of acetylene sludge, a hydrocyclone was used to separate and purify Ca(OH)2 from acetylene sludge. The optimal separation effects with hydrocyclone could be acquired by regulating the structural parameters and process parameters of the hydrocyclone. In addition, two controllable process parameters namely the entrance pressure and the feedings density during separation of acetylene sludge were studied through test. After the test scheme and test indexes being determined, signifi cant factors of each test index and optimal process parameters were obtained. Finally, the regression analysis on the main separation index(density of overfl ow output Ca(OH)2) was conducted, and its mathematical model was built also, which laid foundation for further test study.
