摘要 以某起重机用齿轮减速器箱体为研究对象,借助APDL语言建立齿轮箱静力优化模型,采用一阶优化算法对其结构进行优化设计,优化后箱体质量减少11.1%。为避免优化后齿轮箱振动模态频率与系统激励频率一致而出现共振现象,通过建立齿轮箱参数化模态分析有限元模型,利用Lanczos法对其进行模态分析,得出优化后齿轮箱的前10阶固有频率和振型。研究结果表明,箱体模态频率不会与激励频率产生共振。 Taking the housing of a gear reducer used for cranes as the research object, the paper applied APDL language to establish the statics optimization model of the housing, and used one-order optimization algorithm to optimize its structure. Optimized housing reduced by 11.1% in mass. To avoid resonance due to the vibration modal frequency of the optimized housing equaling to system excitation frequency, the fi nite element model of the housing for parametric modal analysis was established, and Lanczos method was applied to conduct modal analysis. Finally, natural frequency and vibration modes of preceding ten orders of the optimized housing were obtained. Study results showed the modal frequency of the housing did not coincide with the excitation frequency.
