摘要
构建了基于物联网的多站模式煤矿动态轻轨衡系统,与传统轨道衡系统相比,该系统最大的技术难点在于称重精度的提升。分析了造成系统称重误差的主要因素及其对系统称量精度的影响,并提出了相应的对策,以降低误差、提升称量精度。
A colliery-used dynamic light-railed weigher system with multiple stations based on Internet of Things was constructed. Compared with traditional railed weigher system, the most diffi cult technical point lay in improvement of weighing precision. And then, main factors causing weighing error and their infl uence on the system weighing precision were analyzed, and corresponding measures were proposed to reduce the weighing error and improve the weighing precision.
