摘要
为了得到一种便于观测、无需电源的锚杆轴向力监测装置,提出了一种由显示装置与弹性结构组成的装置。阐述了该监测装置的工作原理,根据显示装置的参数及弹性结构的空间尺寸,确定了该弹性结构各设计参数间的关系,并对弹性结构进行优化及设计。经测试,无源锚杆轴向力监测装置满足观测需求。
In order to obtain a powerless and observable device of monitoring the axial force of mine-used rock bolt, a device involving elastic unit and display unit was proposed. After elaborating the working principle of the monitoring device, the paper determined the relationship among the design parameters of the elastic unit according to the parameters of the display unit and space dimension of the elastic unit, and optimized thestructure of the elastic unit. Test results showed the powerless device of monitoring the axial force of the rock bolt met the observation demands.
