摘要
为了解决长距离输送机张力控制时产生的振荡现象,提出了基于模糊控制的自动张紧绞车控制系统。应用MATLAB软件设计了一个模糊控制器,对不同的被控对象模型进行仿真验证。结果表明:自动张紧绞车的模糊控制器实现了对张力的快速、稳定调节,较好地抑制了超调,具有良好的动态特性和静态特性。
To improve the shake while the tension of the long-distance belt conveyor being controlled, the control system of the automatic take-up winch was proposed based on fuzzy control. MATLAB was applied to design a fuzzy controller, so as to conduct simulation on various controlled objectives. The results showed the fuzzy controller of the automatic take-up winch realized rapid and steady control of the tension, thus the overshooting was suppressed well, as well as excellent dynamic and static characteristics were obtained.
