确定带式输送机滚筒最小直径的标准方法解析

摘要 在分析带式输送机滚筒最小直径确定方法的标准演变过程的基础上,按照ISO 3684建立了确定滚筒最小直径的基本步骤,分析了ISO 3684、DIN 22101和GB50431标准在确定滚筒最小直径方法上的差别。说明标准方法可分别在初步设计阶段和最终校核两个阶段使用;给出了滚筒面压的最大比压计算公式,通过数值算例证明在设计计算过程中可不必计算比压。 After studying the evolution of the standard methods of determining the minimum diameter of the pulley of the belt conveyor, the paper offered general steps of demermining the minimum diameter of the pulley according to ISO 3684, and analyzed the difference among the methods of determining the minimum diameter of the pulley in ISO 3684, DIN 22101 and GB50431. It also indicated the standard methods could be used during initial design stage and final checking stage. Moreover, it offered the formula of calculating the maximum specific pressure on the pulley surface, and calculation of the specific pressure proved unnecessary during design and calculation process by calculation examples.
