摘要
减振弹簧故障会影响大型振动筛的运动稳定性。在减振弹簧故障下振动筛三自由度动力学模型基础上,利用坐标变换获得各弹簧上压板的振动输出;为了能够方便对三自由度模型下的自由振动响应进行模拟,应用MATLAB软件中的图形界面开发环境GUIDE,建立了减振弹簧故障下的振动筛自由振动仿真系统(FVSVSSF),开发了固有参数输入模块、故障形式选择和初始状态分析模块、振型分析模块及响应仿真模块,并通过数值算例说明了系统的可行性。该系统为减振弹簧故障下振动筛振动特性研究提供了基础。
Failure of the damping spring may affect the stability of the large vibrating screen. Based on 3-DOF dynamic model of vibrating screen in damping spring failure mode, coordinate transformation was applied to obtain the vibration output of each clamping plate on the spring. And then, in order to conveniently simulate the free vibration response of 3-DOF model, graphical user interface development environment(GUIDE) in MATLAB was applied to build free vibration simulation of vibrating screen in spring failure(FVSVSSF), and developed natural parameter input module, failure mode selection and initial state analysis module, vibration mode analysis module and response simulation module. And then, the system proved feasible by numerical example. The system offered foundation for the study on the vibration characteristics of vibrating screen in damping spring failure mode.
