Research and test of operating characteristics of hydro-mechanical transmission

摘要 液力机械变速器的工作特性对整车性能至关重要。根据液力机械变速器台架试验的测试项目,研究了变速器动态工作性能,利用AMESim建立了变速器的动态仿真模型,主要包括发动机模型、变矩器模型和电液控制模型,并通过仿真得到变速器传动效率、空载功率损失和离合器换挡油压的变化曲线。试验结果表明,变速器基本符合设计要求,工作性能良好;与仿真结果的对比证明了仿真模型的正确性。 The operating characteristic of the hydro-mechanical transmission is vital to the vehicle performance. Based on testing items of the bench test, the dynamic operating characteristics of a hydromechanical transmission were studied, and the dynamic simulation model of the transmission was built by using AMESim, which included the model of the engine, the model of the torque converter and the model of the electro-hydraulic control system. After simulation, the variation curves of the transmission efficiency, the power loss in no-load mode and the oil pressure on the clutch shifting were obtained. Test results showed the transmission generally accorded with the designing requirements with excellent operating characteristics. The comparison between the test results and simulation ones verified the correctness of the simulation model.
