摘要
根据X光钢丝绳芯输送带图像像素值行内分布规律,提出了基于线性差分的JPEG编解码算法。该算法首先计算X光钢丝绳芯输送带图像每行相邻像素值的差值,再对差值进行JPEG压缩编码,有效减小了X光钢丝绳芯输送带行内图像的相关性。通过与线性差分编解码算法和JPEG编解码算法的分析和比较,该算法在保证图像质量的前提下,图像的压缩率得到了提高,减少了数据的传输量,降低了对数据传输的要求,保证了检测的实时性,提高了数据传输的可靠性,在基于X光钢丝绳芯输送带检测系统中具有重要的应用价值。
According to the distribution laws of pixel values in the same row of X-ray image of steelcorded conveyance belt, the encoding and decoding algorithm of JPEG image based on linear differential was proposed. In the algorithm, the difference value between adjacent pixel of each row in X-ray image of the steel-cored conveyance belt was first calculated, and then JPEG compression encoding on the difference value was conducted, which effectively reduced the correlation in the same row of X-ray image of the steel-cored conveyance belt. The analysis and contrast of the linear differential encoding and decoding algorithm and JPEG algorithm showed the former was contributive to reduction of image compression ratio and data transmission quantity, which decreased the requirements for data transmission, guaranteed the real-time detection and enhanced the reliability of data transmission. The algorithm possessed important application values for the detection system of the steel-cored conveyance belt based on X-ray.
